MEU COZIDO Á PORTUGUESA
Chispe de porco, orelha levar
Enchidos e hortaliça,
Bucho e farinheira,
Este cozido não tem alheira.
Hortaliça á descrição
Cenoura e nabo entrar,
Batata também acompanhar,
Neste cozido feijão colocar.
Carne de porco uma delicia
Neste prato tradicional,
Deste cozido á portuguesa!
Para todos saborear
Este prato lembrar,
Este cozido a todos oferendar!
