Vida de Camelô
Armam-se e desarmam-se
Barracas, estandes, caixas
No curto espaço do meio-fio
Calçadas, esquinas, travessias
Fustigados pelo vento frio
E pelo sol preguiçoso
do inverno de julho em meio
a transeuntes apressados
São camelôs de ponto certo
Ou ambulantes de ponto improvisado
Desafiando a guarda, pra ganhar o pão suado
Ou propinando a polícia, pra perder parte do ganho
