Arroz de Polvo de Santa Luzia

Ingredientes:

1,5 kg de polvo
200 g de arroz
4 Tomates
1 Pimento verde
1 dl de azeite
1 Cebola
4 Dentes de alho
1 Ramo de coentros
Cravinhos, sal, pimenta e vinho branco q.b.

Preparação:

Lave e limpe o polvo.
Depois corte-o em pedaços regulares.
Entretanto, pique a cebola e os alhos bastante finos.
Num tacho coloque o azeite, o óleo e deixe aquecer um pouco.
Acrescente o alho e a cebola, deixe refogar bem e em seguida junte o cravinho, o ramo de coentros, o tomate desfeito e deixe ferver um pouco.
Coloque o polvo no tacho com um pouco de água.
Tempere com sal e pimenta e continue a cozedura.
Quando o polvo estiver quase cozido, coloque o arroz, o vinho branco, água, se necessário, e os coentros picados.

Depois de cozido sirva de imediato.
