Figos Recheados
Ingredientes:
8 figos
8 colheres (sopa) de cream cheese
1 ramo de salsa
1 colher (café) de colorau
1 colher (chá) de gergelim
1 ramo de hortelã
sal a gosto
Modo de Preparo:
Corte os figos ao meio e com o auxílio de uma colher, retire a polpa e reserve a casca. Coloque em uma tigela a polpa dos figos, o cream cheese e tempere com sal, salsa picada e colorau. Envolva bem o preparado anterior e recheie as metades de figo. Polvilhe com o gergelim e disponha-os num prato. Decore com a hortelã e sirva frio.
