Mexilhões ao Molho de Tomates
Ingredientes:
250 g de mexilhões
400 ml de polpa de tomate
2 dentes de alho
4 colheres de azeite de oliva
1 colher (sopa) de orégano
Modo de Preparo:
Cozinhe os mexilhões no vapor até que abram as conchas. Reserve. Em uma panela doure o alho em azeite e em seguida acrescente os mexilhões deixando cozinhar por 3 minutos. Coloque a polpa de tomate e o orégano e deixe ferver por mais 8 minutos (acrescente água se necessário). Sirva com torradas, pães e azeite de oliva se desejar.
