CREME DE ALHO
Ingredientes:
300 ml de leite
10 dentes de alho
1 colher de sobremesa de manteiga
1 colher de café de maizena
sal a gosto
Preparação:
Coloque o leite e o alho numa panela e leve ao lume até cozinhar o alho. Bater no liquidificador e retornar ao lume, acrescentando a manteiga e a maizena até engrossar. Adicione o sal.
