MOLHO DE ESPINAFRES E AROMAS
Especial para peixe, saladas, carnes ou aves
Ingredientes:
2,5 dl de maionese
15 g de cerefólio, salsa, estragão e agrião
3 hastes de cebolinho
4 folhas de espinafres
Preparação:
Lave as ervas e os espinafres e escalde-os num pouco de água a ferver.
Retire e leve ao passador, pressionando bem com as costas de uma colher de modo a recolher todo o líquido. Junte este último à maionese envolvendo delicadamente.
