MOLHO DE HORTELÃ (2)
Ingredientes:
2 dl de vinagre branco
1 colher de sopa de açucar em pó
2 colheres se sopa de folhas de hortelã picadas
sal q.b.
pimenta q.b.
Preparação:
Deite tudo num frasco, agite bem e deixe em infusão durante alguns dias.
