BOLO DE CENOURA (VEGAN)
Ingredientes:
1 chávena de geleia de milho
1 colher de chá de baunilha
1/8 chávena de óleo
1 colher de chá de sal
1 colher de chá de canela
1 chávena de amêndoas picadas
2 chávenas de cenouras raladas
2 chávenas de sumo de maçã
2 chávenas de flocos de aveia
Preparação:
Misture primeiro os ingredientes mais secos, juntamente com a geleia de milho, e só depois o sumo de maçã. Leva ao forno pré-aquecido, durante 45 minutos.
