ALMÔNDEGAS DE AVEIA E CENOURA
Ingredientes:
1 chávena de aveia crua
1 chávena de cenoura ralada fina
1/2 chávena de pão ralado
1/2 chávena de farinha de trigo
cheiro verde picado q.b
manjericão q.b
sal q.b
Preparação:
Misture bem todos os ingredientes e faça pequenas almôndegas. Asse no forno, em forma untada, durante alguns minutos. Depois de assadas, cozinhe em molho ralo de tomate durante 15 minutos.
