ASSADO DE NOZES

Ingredientes:

4 cebolas médias
5 tomates
2 cenouras médias raladas
3 fatias de pão integral esfareladas
meia chávena de caldo de legumes
100 g amêndoas moídas
100 g castanhas de caju moídas

Preparação:

Num tacho, refogue as cebolas durante 5 minutos. Junte os tomates, a cenoura ralada, o pão esfarelado e o caldo de legumes. Deixe cozinhar cerca de 15 minutos. Junte o caju e as amêndoas e coloque numa forma de ir ao forno (forma de bolo inglês). Asse a 200 graus centígrados durante meia hora.
