Equilibrista (Cecília Meireles)
Alto, pálido vidente,
caminhante do vazio,
cujo solo suficiente
é um frágil, aéreo fio!
Sem transigência nenhuma,
experimentas teu passo,
com levitações de pluma
e rigores de compasso.
No mundo, jogam à sorte,
detrás de formosos muros,
à espera da tua morte
e dos despojos futuros.
E tu, cintilante louco,
vais, entre a nuvem e o solo,
só com teu ritmo - tão pouco!
