Ficar ou seguir? Ter ou ser?

Uma linha reta assim
margeando sem parar

Um derradeiro esforço enfim
para não fugir, não hesitar

Nenhuma lágrima a rolar,
nenhum saveiro a pescar,

Não há brisa, ou luar
sem bússola, no mar,

Nada que se possa fazer,
sem saber o que há no ser...

Uma linha reta insiste
em conduzir o comboio terrestre

Todavia, há uma direção
em cada estação

Ficar ou seguir?
ter ou ser?
