Lá na baixa do bonfim
Cidade de Salvador
Eu vou contar o que vi
se formando bem ali
a banda Brejo de Amor

O líder Sapinhos Brown
Teve a idéia num estalo
Sapo boca de cantor
foi chamar o seu amor
A dona Ivete Rãzallo

Embalaram no Axé
e soltaram a cantoria
Ergue a mão e ergue o pé!
Quero ver como é que éééé!
E a turma aplaudia.

Já gravaram um CD
pra soltar no carnaval
Lá na praia do estaleiro
ensaiam o dia inteiro
animando o pessoal

Oxi -oxi, arrêa-arrêa
Vão cantando os sapinhos
maré baixa ou maré cheia
essa banda incendeia
o turista e o ribeirinho.

Muito punk essa banda
Muito massa a sapaida
O Sapinhos Brown comanda
forró, axé e ciranda
e até mesmo timbalada

Se voce tá duvidando
que a banda fogo ateia
é só ir logo chegando
e da banda perguntando
lá no caminho de areia.
