GARGANTAS DE FREIRA

Ingredientes:

1 Folha de obreia (hóstia)
1 Chávena de fios de ovos
200 g de açúcar
1 dl de água

Preparação:

Corte a obreia em nove rectângulos.
Com os fios de ovos faça 9 charutinhos com o comprimento dos rectângulos de obreia. Leve o açúcar ao lume com 1 dl de água e deixe ferver até fazer ponto de pérola.
Passe os charutinhos de fios de ovos pela calda de açúcar e escorra.
Coloque cada charutinho de fios de ovos sobre cada rectângulo de obreia e enrole em forma de charuto.
