Não será tão bela, em que pese viva, formosa rosa
Presa ao galho à multidão não te mostras
Só lhe admiram e te elogiam pelas prosas
Nos salões sem fim que enfeitas, porém morta

Se preso fico, vivo também sou formosa rosa
Nos galhos da masmorra em desconforto
