CHOVE EM ARAPIRACA! CHUVA DIVINA!
A chuva de raios
Com queda de granizo
Enchente nos rios
Traz muito prejuízo
A rajada de ventos
Deslizamento de terra
Gerando contratempos
A harmonia encerra
A chuva é esperada
Na medida certa
Mas se for exagerada
Logo medo desperta
As nuvens pesadas
Em direção ao sertão
Trazem a água esperada
Para molhar a plantação
O trovão anunciando
Traz o recado divino
E o bem-te-vi cantando
Alegrando o nordestino
O som da chuva é lindo
Veio com o tempo fechado
Da janela o matuto curtindo
Olha para o céu admirado
E o nordestino paciente
Confiou na ajuda do céu
Agradece a chuva contente
Ela emana o leite e o mel
