POMBAS E GAIVOTAS

Uma gaivota no ar
mesmo faminta se põe a dançar.
Uma pomba na areia,
pra lá e pra cá em ziguezague, passeia.

A pomba, ser gaivota que paira sobre o mar,
inveja e anseia.
A gaivota quer ser ave, que na orla da praia
só ziguezagueia.

Tristes, as pombas
não surfam nas ondas
das praias remotas,
tais quais as gaivotas.

Mas, pombas e gaivotas
no céu dando voltas
na beira do cais,
pincelam a mesma imagem
e tingem a marina paisagem,
com as cores da paz.
