Fim de tarde e o dia chora
Chuva mansa sem barulho
O meu país nesse embrulho
E o meu tempo indo embora
Sem ganhar eu uso a hora
Trabalhando no meu ócio
E o lucro desse negócio
Dou ao tempo de penhora

Nesse momento pesado
Quando eu encontro o nada
Parece a vida parada
E o tempo estar parado
Mas não vejo tudo errado
Pois há sempre uma saída
Quando a gente vive a vida
Com quem se ama ao nosso lado.
