Quando sol se despede das montanhas;
quando a lua abre da noite a cortina

como libertina, cheia de façanhas;
quando a brisa é fraca como sopro de menina;

quando as frutas se aconchegam no pomar;
quando as borboletas juntam as asas para o sono;

quando o riacho se cala para repousar;
quando o pássaro que caiu do ninho pia tristonho,

eu dobro meus joelhos ao chão,
e com a natureza em coro, faço minha oração.
