Com pão, queijo e tomate, variedades.
Deliciosa e muito procurada no Mercadão*.
E não fazem economia no recheio
Presença obrigatória na mesa do cidadão
A mortadela com “n” ou sem “n” no meio
O seu cheiro característico é um perfume
No café, na lancheira ou junto com a refeição.
Na família brasileira já tornou costume
A mortadela é a principal atração
Só de escrever sobre ela me deu fome
Em seguida vou preparar o meu lanche
Na nossa culinária a mortadela alcançou renome
Tchau, eu não quero perder esta chance!
