ESTRESSE NO TRABALHO

Convivendo num mundo de alta competitividade
Com muito trabalho para realizar em pouco tempo
Ameaça de desemprego é outra grande realidade
E tarefas repetitivas sem gratificação a contento

As constantes mudanças na estrutura da empresa
Responsabilidades aumentadas sem reconhecimento
Baixos salários com cobranças gerando incerteza
Exigências de perfeição nas tarefas e aprimoramento

Punido e cobrado diariamente pelo chefe estressado
E o mau relacionamento com colegas no ambiente
Dificultam o trabalho com métodos ultrapassados
E a transferência de trabalho para um local diferente

Extrema preocupação com a fofoca e a maledicência
Demonstra a fraqueza do ser humano e um ato falho
Originando nesta doença moderna que desafia a ciência
Todos os itens acima causam o Estresse no Trabalho

REALMENTE O STRESSE É UM MAL QUE AFLIGE TODOS OS TRABALHADORES, DESDE OS COM BAIXA RENUMERAÇÃO, ATÉ OS BEM RENUMERADOS; OUTRA COISA QUE DEVIAM PROIBIR, IMPEDIR É AS TERRÍVEIS FOFOCAS E INTRIGAS, É UM MAL QUE DEVIA SER CORTADO PELA RAÍZ; CASO CONTRARIO FICA UM AMBIENTE INSALUBRE, DIFÍCIL DE CONVIVER...
PARA CONSERTAR TUDO ISSO,SÓ COM BOAS MEDITAÇÕES, EXERCÍCIOS DE RESPIRAÇÃO E PENSAMENTOS, OU ATÉ A PROCURA DE UM PROFISSIONAL ESPECIALIZADO!

Olá, amigo poeta do ABC.

O estresse no trabalho é um fato. E quanto mais se quer trabalhar sério, mais a mercê do estresse fica, porque, inexplicavelmente, a pressão é maior. Talvez seja em razão da competição.
E o que tem de chefe incompetente, é uma loucura.
Tudo isso e outras coisas mais causam estresse no trabalho.
