O MAR
O mar me invade a alma
Enche meu peito de calma
E, às vezes, me faz sonhar...
O mar me toca profundo
E eu sinto lá bem no fundo
Um jeito de poder respirar
O mar me faz libertar
Me faz des-cansar minha mente
Me leva a pensar diferente
O mar me conduz pelos olhos
E muda o meu jeito de olhar
Me faz re-significar

Perante essa imensidão temos mesmo que nos resignar. Adoro olhar mar, e sentir-lhe a sua força, a sua beleza a sua grandeza.
Meditar sobre a nossa posição no mundo, é um acto de grande interioração, quando nos sentamos na areia e um só grão vem parar em nossas mãos. Um só, representa-nos no vasto Universo
