Caipirinha
1 dose de cachaça
1 limão taiti de casca fina
2 colheres de açúcar
Gelo picado
Preparo:
Corte o limão taiti ao meio,
Retire a parte branca do miolo;
Corte as duas partes do limão taiti em fatias;
Monte o cocktail em copo "old-fashioned, começando pelas fatias de limão taiti.
Acrescente o açúcar e amasse com um pilão.
Coloque a cachaça, usando um mexedor, envolva o limão taiti com o líquido.
Complete com gelo picado, agite e sirva.
