Salame de Chocolate com Amêndoa

Ingredientes:

200g de bolacha Maria
200g de chocolate em pó
150g de açúcar
2 ovos
50g de amêndoa
1 cálice de vinho do Porto
100g de margarina

Preparação:

Numa tigela, amasse a margarina com o vinho do Porto, o açúcar e o chocolate em pó.
Depois, junte os ovos, um a um, amassando sempre.
Parta as bolachas em pedacinhos e misture-as ao creme. Junte também a amêndoa.
Depois de tudo bem ligado, enrole em papel vegetal ou de alumínio, leve ao congelador por duas horas e guarde na prateleira mais fria do frigorífico.
