RACLETTE TRADICIONAL
Ingredientes para 6 pessoas:
2-Embalagens de reclettes
12- Cornichons
18- Cebolinhas em conserva
100g de Salame muito fino
500g de batatinhas pequenas
200g de presunto em fatia
Sal e pimenta q.b
PREPARAÇÃO:
1-Lave as batatinhas com a pele e coza-as em água temperada com sal durante sensivelmente durante 20 minutos. Depois escorra a água e retire-lhes a pele.
2-Ligue o aparelho para derreter o queijo, coloque 2 fatias de queijo em cada recipiente e deixe derreter. Deite num prato, polvilhe com pimenta preta e acompanhe com as batatas, os cornichons, as cebolinhas, as fatias de presunto e o salame.
A raclette é feita à base de queijo, pode no entanto misturar outros ingredientes como:
para além do presunto e das batatinhas, também pickles, abacaxi, tomate ou Bacon.
