Ervilhas com Ovos
Ingredientes:
4 Bifes de peru
100 g de cogumelos
1 dl de vinho branco
1 colher (sopa) de margarina
1 cebola
Sal e pimenta q.b.
Preparação:
Comece por temperar os bifes a gosto, com sal e pimenta. Seguidamente, corte a cebola em meias-luas e leve-a ao micro-ondas, juntamente com a margarina. Deixe cozinhar durante cerca de 3 minutos, em potência média. Findo este tempo, junte os bifes e regue com o vinho. Leve novamente ao micro-ondas, durante o mesmo tempo a na mesma potência.
De seguida, vire os bifes, acrescente os cogumelos laminados e leve novamente ao micro-ondas, apenas por dois minutos, mas em potência máxima.
Decore a gosto e sirva de imediato.
