Pudim de laranja

Ingredientes :

3 ovos ;
10 gemas de ovo ;
400 gr de açúcar ;
3 laranjas ;
manteiga.


Confecção :

Misture os ovos com as gemas e bata um pouco.
Junte o sumo das laranjas, as raspas da casca de uma das laranjas, o açúcar e continue a bater muito bem.
Entretanto, unte de manteiga uma forma de pudim e polvilhe com um pouco de farinha.
Encha a forma com o batido e leve a cozer em forno forte durante cerca de meia hora.
