O CASAMENTO DO PÃO QUENTINHO

O senhor Pão Quentinho
Vivia tão sozinho
Ao sair do forninho.
Até que um dia

A senhora Sofia
Sentindo dó do Pão Quentinho,
Resolveu arranjar pra ele
Uma gostosa companhia.

E foi na cozinha,
Batendo a nata branquinha
Do leite da vaquinha,
Que ela criou uma mocinha
Pra namorar o Pão Quentinho.

E lhe apresentou numa manhã,
Ao lado da xícara de café,
A mocinha fresquinha e amarela
Chamada dona Manteiga.

O Pão Quentinho, apaixonado,
Pediu a dama em casamento,
E ela, toda derretida, aceitou logo o pedido
Formando o mais gostoso casal:
Pão Quentinho e dona Manteiga fresquinha.

(histórias que contava para o meu neto)
