Max é um polícia disposto a investigar o assassinato da sua família.
Para tal Mark Wahlberg tem de se intrometer nos negócios do submundo criminoso da sua cidade assim como lidar com forças sobrenaturais.
Max Payne é um filme violento, repleto de cenas de acção onde o ambiente nocturno domina.
Se pretende passar duas horas em grande estilo, este é um bom filme.
