The comfort of a fallen man

To ageless ruins I was commended...
Bitter ghastly halves of jeweled melodies
that my thoughts represented under forms of fitting grace...
My solitary heart called hideous names to those once adored memories
for my pain bared a terrifying demon that all mortals would rather die than face...

Oh! What torture could be the worst to bear?
I lived in memories, a sleep among an awakened Sun,
where a man calls himself the ghost of weary stares
and nothing glows, only tears ever shows
and melancholy trembles even the sleeping dead!!!

Despised by flames that never ascended to the luminous skies,
a dreadful path to which a sweeter name is Home.
My gloom that crawled under the godess Moon
and greeted the world with sobs and sighs:
“ Will I ever, ever find the scented dream that now is gone? “

In tears, I have seen the funerals of those who I called loved ones
and greeted such horrible pain with madness and woes...
The creators of my long distanced happiness,
the adoring beauty that my eyes have always, ever known
unfairly lost in darkened chambers,
no, ghastly poisonous caverns, where no light ever glows!

My withered presence in this world, for years, met a dreary sickness,
a fever in which many are crowned at the sight of despair...
Oh! What a dreadful curse as guidance for History
that nothing, nothing more brings to mind than falling hours of bitterness
and a shadowy yet dreaming lucidity!!!

Even if obscure and lonely, Time has dared me to wait,
for those who reign in bitterness and on any shivering thought,
should know that Death is just an entrance, not the final pray,
to a world where golden smiles are seen
and tragedy has never, ever been
for this is the confort of immortal Hope!
