When I knew you'd gone
I felt so broken.
We're never ready to say goodbye.
I was asking myself what
you were thinking about.

Suddenly, I could no longer hear you.

We never know what we'll face.

Your voice and your eyes

but it's so strange.
I just can't fit in.
