voltar ao reino perdido, sem que algum Homero
garanta-nos que Penélope nos espere.
Insanos, abandonamos até quem nos amou
na eterna ilusão de Ítaca idealizada,
do solo sagrado e do tesouro que um dia
foi desejado.
Insanos, navegamos os mares
em que a vida nos afoga
e ao fim da nossa trágica epopeia
encontramos apenas os inimigos
que sempre nos habitaram.
