GIGANTE ADORMECIDO


 
Vimos pela TV uma comunidade em chamas
O vento forte contribui para propagar o fogo
A ajuda demora e a população aflita reclama
Quando chega o socorro já ocorreu o malogro

Mais de cinqüenta famílias ficam ao relento
Mulheres e crianças esperam a ajuda do alto
Para amenizar mais este triste acontecimento
O fogo destrói casas e derretem o asfalto

A desigualdade social no Brasil é gritante
Até quando seremos chamados o país do futuro
Precisamos acordar este adormecido gigante
Temos energia e a luz para sairmos do escuro
