PROMETEU E O CASTIGO DE ZEUS


Meu reinado é certo
no presente, no devir
minhas sandálias aperto
que é minha hora de agir

Meu nome é Prometeu
O panteão eu rechaço
sou oponente de Zeus
o futuro está a um passo

Roubarei o fogo das aras
a egrégora ficará sem luz
a noite esconderá as caras
Zeus não mais me seduz

Zeus à pedra está preso
com seu fígado exposto
entregue ao menosprezo
escondendo o próprio rosto

Estou no comando agora
e para vingar os agravos
socorro a viúva que chora
entrego o fogo aos escravos
