Alegrias mil em mim
não é uma raridade;
pois, descobri enfim
a tal da felicidade.

O indigesto eu vou falar;
vem num copo bem pequeno.
Mas, pode de ódio chamar
e é um terrível veneno.
Prejudica pouco o alvo
e muito mais quem o tem.
Quem nunca odiou está salvo
e os anjos cantam amém.
