Bolo de chocolate e café

Ingredientes:

4 ovos
1 chávena (chá) de café
1 chávena (chá) de açúcar
1 chávena (chá) de óleo
1 chávena (chá) de leite
2 chávenas (chá) de farinha
1 tabele de chocolate
Manteiga e farinha para untar
Uma pitada de sal

Preparação:

Coloque o chocolate a derreter no microondas com um bocadinho de leite. Quando estiver derretido, junto café (forte).
Separe os ovos - gema para uma recipiente claras para outra. Mexa as gemas com o açúcar até ficar um creme esbranquiçado. Junte o óleo e o leite e mexa muito bem. De seguida junte o preparado do chocolate.
Bata as claras em castelo com a pitada de sal e junte à mistura anterior.
Unte a forma com manteiga e farinha e junte o preparado. Leve a cozer a 200º graus.
