FUNGE
Ingredientes:
300 grs de fuba de mandioca
5 dl de água mais ou menos
Preparação:
Leva-se um tacho ao lume com a água e deixa-se ferver.
Retira-se o tacho do lume e deita-se um pouco de água fria.
Junta-se a fuba, mexe-se muito bem e volta ao lume para cozer mexendo sempre durante 4 a 5 minutos.
Retira-se do lume e com uma colher de pau grossa bate-se mais um pouco.
Está pronto a servir.
