Alegrias

Ingredientes:

* 60 grs. de queijo flamengo
* 50 grs. de manteiga ou margarina
* 8 fatias de pão de forma
* 60 grs. de fiambre

Confecção:

Corte o queijo e o fiambre em fatias fininhas com as dimensões das fatias de pão e frite o fiambre na frigideira levemente.
Sobre cada fatia de pão coloque 1 fatia de queijo, outra de fiambre e mais 1 de queijo.
Coloque-as no tabuleiro e em cima de cada uma um pedacinho de margarina ou manteiga.
Leve ao forno bem quente a alourar.
