Remember No More

I reach out in hope, yet none return, my face turns pale, and it seems that my world has burned apart
now I face the darkened days alone, with memories that part, past is home

the warmth within the water has broken spell, as I tell her how wonderful you were, I find it hard to breathe, as I rest under the pearl of stars

the thunder brings laughter to the pain to know, if I follow through will there be a place for heart

the sun dies of light, the heat sways beneath me, where to step, that's why I'll always love you

the angel appears it's time to leave, cruelty shakes the air I breathe

tragedy faces all who fear, the weakness that grows within a soul, only allows what one may bare
yet the strength remains few, and the fear has control
cast away forever hold, this love remains hollow and shall not grow

and when the worst is there for me to claim, memories flash of innocence through fame
but to remember no more is all I wish, where there is a place that I can roam
yet all must leave, then all must grieve
but all who remember stay deceased
what is the point, just let it be
