To Be Remembered As One Truly Beautiful Mind

Do you remember how you wore the trends
the electric color slipped through each eyelid
where what cause has given the right to stray
beheld capture upon a prose, distant yet so close
to set aside the failure, where one may attempt to defend
the sun now slips through the crack of a blind, a vision of pure beauty, where only one may find
to imagine the view, where only halos shall fly
the angels now sway, as a single leaf straight from the vine
to bring forth a memory, taken in from ones sight
only truth that lies before a proven thought, can show the way into a dream that shines upon a star
every chance meant to take, leads to another set place, where only ones will, shall dare to cross
as my ashes now rest to a ground you all shall walk
to gain such understanding, the brilliance behind each tale through metaphor
such as a dream set to reach, in perspective that one may teach
no mountain now stands too tall, to let nothing stand before
as i now walk through the footprints of time, i now have grasped the star
where only success has been brought, where the tale of my story, has so long ago began
