When I'm in my own world

I feel safe and sound

There's nothing going wrong

I don't need to be found

I may be alone

But it's better that way

It gives me some hope

And a place to stay

It may seem different

But it feels all right

It's a way to escape

So I'm not alone every night

For I'm afraid to be alone

And it may seem

That when I'm this way

It's only a dream
