CANTO LOUCO DA SEREIA
Surgiu-me, na praia, bela sereia,
bem ao gosto do mar,
ouvi um rápido silvo,
vindo das falas do vento,
mas com belas conchas,
que encontrei no lugar,
pude tampar meus ouvidos,
e olhar para dentro.
Não quis mais saber
daquela, sem par, melodia,
que, em vão, outros tempos,
louco amor me trazia.
Ó Deus, escapei ileso
da canção que ouvia,
na qual, de cabeça,
mergulhar, bem que eu queria.
