Sumo de Manga e Maracujá
Ingredientes
Para 4 pessoas
3 mangas maduras
2 placas de sumo de maracujá congelado
2 dl de água
1 maçã Granny Smith
Preparação
Retire a pele e o caroço às mangas e corte a polpa em bocadinhos. Misture a polpa de manga com o sumo de maracujá descongelado e a água bem gelada. Bata no copo liquidificador ou com a varinha mágica.
Lave a maçã, corte-a em gomos e com a faca desenhe enfeites a seu gosto.
Distribua o sumo pelos copos e enfeite com os gomos de maçã.
Sugestão
Em substituição da manga fresca pode usar polpa de manga em conserva.
