NON-STOP LIFE
A vida passa, em corrida,
em dura luta, constante,
entre o homem bon vivant,
o culto e o ignorante.
A vida corre, em stress,
qual vendaval que destrói,
levando tudo pela frente,
nos cansa, maça, corrói.

A vida corre, em stress,
qual vendaval que destrói,
levando tudo pela frente,
nos cansa, maça, corrói.
A vida corre, ofegante,
entre os que amam, traindo,
os que governam, roubando
e os que ajudam, sorrindo.
Mas neste jogo de vidas,
onde tantos estão morrendo,
bem haja quem faz o bem
àqueles que estão sofrendo.
Entre essa gente agitada,
procuro, serenamente,
encontrar a minha estrada,
perdida algures, estranhamente.
E, nesta busca, constante,
vejo o meu tempo passar,
enquanto doces sorrisos,
me ensinam que é bom amar.
Não deixes que o tempo corra.
Não deixes mais que te canse.
Faz com que o sol nos aqueça,
deixa que a maré amanse,
E, na calma do luar
duma noite, 'inda menina,
faz um hino à Natureza
e à sua força Divina.
