Sumo de frutos vermelhos, melão e manga

ingredientes

6 unidades.
2 limas
1 manga
500 g de melão (limpo de casca e sementes)
450 g de frutos vermelhos congelados
água
açúcar
folhas frescas de hortelã

preparação

Descasque as limas e a manga e corte-as em pedaços para dentro do copo da centrifugadora. Junte o melão, limpo de cascas e sementes e cortado em pedaços, e os frutos vermelhos.

Adicione cerca de 2 copos de água bem gelada e triture tudo. Prove e junte açúcar se achar necessário, adicione 4 a 5 folhas de hortelã e volte a triturar.

Sirva bem fresco em copos altos, enfeitados com folhas de hortelã.
