Perna de Porco com Lulas
Ingredientes:
3/4 kg de perna de porco
Sal
3 Dentes de alho
1 Colher (sopa) de massa de pimentão
Vinho branco
6 Colheres (sopa) de azeite
1/2 kg de lulas
2 Cebolas médias
Salsa
Preparação:
Corte a carne em cubos e tempere com sal, alhos picados, massa de pimentão e o vinho. Aguarde 1 hora.
Leve ao lume numa frigideira com o azeite.
Quando estiver quente, junte a carne e envolva-a na gordura, fritando sem queimar.
Deite as lulas limpas e cortadas em pedaços e misture com a carne.
Junte vinho branco necessário para cozinharem.
Quando a carne e as lulas ficarem macias, junte as cebolas cortadas em rodelas e apure.
Verifique o sal e, já fora do lume, polvilhe com salsa picada.
Sirva com batatas e brócolos cozidos.
