MEU TEMPO, MEU REINO

Do meu tempo eu reino no trono
Enquanto a vida me banca
Nesse passar que ninguém tranca
-É a lei do fim e do abandono

Vejo mais um entardecer
E a noite já quase me alcança
Vai ser mais uma na esperança
De outro dia eu poder ver

Só resta assim esperar
Não existe mesmo outro jeito
Um dia desses eu me deito
E nunca mais vou levantar

Eu sei que nunca vou saber
Se vai ser de noite ou de dia
O fim da tristeza e alegria
Que carrego no meu viver

Enquanto o fim não acontece
Na ausência do eterno sono
Vou desfrutar o meu abono
Saudando o dia que amanhece

Você, meu bom amigo,
será sempre o rei da rima.
Rimas que eu não consigo,
pra isso não tenho clima.

Mas, eu vou te admirando,
e querendo fazer rima
pra ver se alguém aprecia;
eu continuo tentando
soar a de baixo com a de cima,
e as vezes nasce poesia.

Na verdade eu diria
Prezado poeta amigo
-Fazer rimas eu consigo
Mas não consigo poesia
E após a rima discreta
-Suor pingando em papel
Lembro o poeta Thamiel
Que é de verdade um poeta.
