BEIJINHOS
Ingredientes:
1 Pacote de gelatina de morango
1 Chávena de chá de açúcar
1/4 De colher de chá de sal
4 Claras
50 gr de amêndoas raladas com pele
125 gr de coco ralado
Preparação:
Misture o conteúdo do pacote de gelatina com o açúcar e o sal.
Bata as claras em castelo e junte-lhes cuidadosamente a mistura anterior e as amêndoas. Continue a bater ate ficar fofo.
Adicione por fim o coco.
Sobre tabuleiros untados com margarina, deite com a ajuda de uma colher de chá montinhos de massa.
Leve ao forno fraco durante cerca de 35 a 40 minutos.
