Caipirinha de maracujá

Ingredientes

Para 6 a 8 pessoas
4 a 5 maracujás
4 limas
± 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar amarelo
1 colher de sopa de acúcar mascavado
± 4 dl de aguardente de cana
1 dl de licor de maracujá
gelo picado

Preparação

Corte os maracujás ao meio e raspe a polpa com a ajuda de uma colher para dentro de um jarro grande. Junte o sumo das limas, o açúcar amarelo e o açúcar mascavado e misture bem. Adicione a aguardente de cana e o licor de maracujá leve ao frigorífico até à hora de servir.

Encha o jarro com gelo bem picado, mexa muito bem com uma colher de pau e distribua pelos copos.
